The 12th International CONASENSE Symposium was held on June 27/28, 2022, an event that was organized by #fortiss and the Centre for Tele Infrastructure (CTIF) at Aarhus University in Denmark.
Focusing on the topic of "#6G Communications, Services and Sustainability", leading international scientists and industry experts like Felizitas Müller (IBM), Florian Kuester (UnternehmerTUM), Gaël Blondelle (Eclipse Foundation), Avik Santra (Infineon Technologies) and Rute C. Sofia (fortiss), the symposium offered an interesting introduction to the first-class two-day symposium and presented the latest research findings on 6G services, communications and the #InternetofThings (#IoT). A dedicated session was held involving 7 flagship projects with focus on IoT/Edge across different vertical domains. EFPF was presented by Usman Wajid.
Event Impact
The event had a total of 90 on-site and hybrid participants, demonstrating the value of CONASENSE as an excellent interdisciplinary platform for scientists and experts to present their techno-economic ideas to take Vision 6G another step forward."
The integration of the two events allowed the EFPF community catalyzer programme to have a broader reach, confirming EFPF as a lighthouse in the context of Edge-Cloud services for Manufacturing.
